Commercial Transactions: Space purchased for tile manufacturing

Cumberland and Western purchased 41,242 square feet of industrial space at 6018 SW Highway 72 in Arcadia from Banc of America Leasing for $2,250,000. Gary Tasman and Shawn Stoneburner of Cushman and Wakefield, Commercial Property Southwest Florida LLC, represented the seller in the transaction.
